The Newcomers’ Club shares local knowledge with new residents and discusses topics that Newcomers may find helpful and informative. Welcome to the Southern Gulf Islands!

The Islands’ Newcomers Clubs – on each island- welcome all new residents to the Islands to help them learn about Island life and make new friends. The Pender Club, for example, has been welcoming newcomers for over 20 years. They are fun loving, diverse clubs of newcomers who recently moved to the Islands and now call their Island home. There is at least one weekly activity and/or event to help create your island bond.
